I called on Thursday for information on transporting 2 vehicles from FL to NY. The associate I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was told that the vehicles would be picked up around Wednesday of the following week, but they would do their best to get there earlier. To my surprise I received a phone call from my AAA on Friday (The very next day!!) saying that the vehicles would be picked up later that afternoon and would be in NY within 3-5 days! They arrived in NY in 3days and in perfect condition!

I was extremely impressed with the process, the quick service and the friendly driver who called each person saying that he was going to be there and he was there on time.

How fantastic it is to deal with a professional company that not only does what they say they are going to do, but gets it done quickly and efficiently.

I would recommend AAA Auto Transport to anyone who has a vehicle transport need anywhere!!! I will be using them again for our company!!

We have been using AAA Auto Transport for years. I am a regular customer, and I do ship about 2-4 cars every month. When I need a car transported from one place to another, whether it's a coast to coast, or just a short instate transfer, I always use AAA, without even SHOPPING AROUND FOR PRICES.

That's one thing you can do without even thinking for a second time. Just go ahead and order it with him. Al's price is going to be the best one in the market. Almost every time I found his prices lower than contacting the carriers themselves.

My car was picked up on the first day it was available and made it to the destination so fast that I was unprepared to have it delivered. So I had to change the final destination to a business that would hold it for me. The driver was very cooperative in making the change, the car was undamaged, and having it so soon saved me hundreds in car rental costs. I would definitely use AAA again!
